Welcome to Tapamica, a live streaming and social interaction platform operated by Tapamica (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Tapamica mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tapamica. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate age restrictions.
2. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- You may not create multiple accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
3. Live Streaming & User Conduct
Tapamica allows users to broadcast live video and interact with others. You agree that you will NOT:
- Post or stream nudity, sexual content, or explicit material
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
- Promote violence, illegal activities, or dangerous acts
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Use the platform for escort services, prostitution, or solicitation
We reserve the right to remove any content and ban users who violate these rules.
4. Virtual Items & Payments
Tapamica may offer virtual goods such as coins, gifts, or subscriptions.
- All purchases are processed via Apple Inc. in-app purchase system.
- Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or Apple policies.
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of content you create.
- By posting content, you grant Tapamica a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
6. Moderation & Enforcement
We use automated systems and human moderators to review content.
We may:
- Remove content without notice
- Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts
- Report illegal activities to authorities
7. Privacy
Your use of Tapamica is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect and process data in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.
8. Prohibited Monetization Behavior
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Offering paid services outside the App
- Redirecting users to external payment methods
- Attempting to bypass in-app purchases
Violation may result in immediate account termination.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access:
- If you violate these Terms
- If required by law
- To protect the integrity of the platform
You may stop using the App at any time.
10. Disclaimers
Tapamica is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous or error-free service
- Accuracy of user-generated content
- User behavior or interactions
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapamica shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or reputation
- User interactions or content
